2017 Seafood and Wine Festival Surfrider Booth signup sheet
This is the volunteer signup sheet for serving at the 2017 Seafood and Wine Festival in the Surfrider Booth. You must complete the temporary servers training in the weeks prior to the event to be a Server or have a current Servers License. I will be sending out Server Training date information when it becomes available.
The Set Up and Break down crew don't require a server permit.
You will receive a pass good for the entire festival. However, the organizers of the festival request you use this pass for days other than Saturday except for your assigned shifts.
The Training Dates and Locations are as follows:
February 1st, Newport Elks Lodge, 6:00 -6:30pm
February 8th, Newport Elks Lodge, 6:00 -6:30pm
February 15th, Newport Elks Lodge, 6:00 -6:30pm
