Dinner Program Volunteers assist with dinner activities

Live Auction
Point at bidders that have raised hands and get the auctioneer’s attention.
Stay with winning bidder until the runner has them sign the acknowledgement form.
Take clipboard with form for recently purchased Live Auction item to “winner” to have them fill out form (name, bidder number); run clipboard to checkout for entry; repeat

Write down bid numbers for each level of donation
