Help FACE raise funds for animals at their 8th annual Bags & Baubles silent auction fundraiser on Sunday, April 29 2018!
Where: A private residence in Rancho Santa Fe, CA. We will supply you with the address once you are a confirmed volunteer.
Event time: the event will be open to guests between 12pm-4:30pm.
Volunteer role descriptions:
• Goody Bag Prep: Assist with the assembly of goody bags to be distributed to event guests. Dates are TBD.
• Passing out flyers: Help us print, cut, and distribute B&B flyers around your community to get the word out about this amazing fundraiser!
• Setup: Help with a variety of duties, such as blowing up balloons, setting up our raffle table, setting up our gift bag table, preparing supplies, etc.
After you help with set up, you can choose to volunteer for another shift.
• Check-In: Help with checking in guests and selling tickets. You must have retail experience in order to sign up for this position.
• Food Server: Pass appetizers and desserts to guests and keep the dining area neat and clean.
• Kitchen Attendant: Assist the kitchen supervisor with cutting, heating, serving, and/or helping with whatever food preparation is needed.
• Handbag, Jewelry, Sunglasses, or Accessories Monitor: Monitor bid sheets, answer questions for guests, and assist section supervisors.
• Photographer: This position is for amateur/professional photographers with at least some advanced photography experience. As a volunteer photographer, you will take photos of the event throughout the day with your own DSLR camera. One photographer will be assigned to the step-and-repeat area.
• Check-Out: Help with checking out guests who are purchasing items. You must have retail experience in order to sign up for this position.
• Cleanup: Assist the Event Coordinator with packing up supplies and cleaning debris from the event area after the event has ended.
