CCYM assisting with this Appreciation Carnival for their hospice volunteers.
They are expecting 150-200 people.

WHEN: Sat, Sept 30 -- varying volunteer times, see below; carnival is 4-7pm

VOLUNTEER TASKS: Young Marines will assist in parking coordination, greeting, runners for games, trash detail and assist moving furniture for cleanup.
MEAL: Free meal will be included: Hot dogs/bratwurst along with chips, popcorn, cotton candy, ice-cream and drink.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE: Please check in with (Lori Mayhue-Brown ) for job task’s and meal tickets at the administrative bldg. I would like a list of individuals that will be assisting to complete volunteer hours letters on letterhead.
Also adults helpful, to monitor YM's (do not need to be RA).
