NLBA Assessment Night 2017/18 signup sheet

Parent volunteers are needed at assessment nights for sign-in, collecting post-dated volunteer deposit cheques, data entry, and directing players where to go. PLEASE sign up with your first name and then your child's name and division in brackets, e.g. Susan (Justin U11) Jones. Exact duties will be assigned at the assessments. Division coordinators will contact to confirm those who have signed up. More volunteer duties to come when teams are assigned. Only one volunteer duty required per family per season. (U7 and Girls Academy excluded from volunteer duties.) NOTE: Coaches do not need to sign up here.
