Tucson Comic-Con 2017 - Artemis Volunteer signup sheet

Signup so we know you are coming.
You must be present for the entire shift you sign up for, and your co-volunteer must know where you are if you leave the game room.

Need hourly volunteers Saturday afternoon. Volunteer badges are not authorized for hourly coverage slots. All prior offers are void.
Arrive two hours early for training if you have not run missions for a convention before. Arrive no later than 5 minutes before the hour to ensure you relieve the person scheduled before you.

Tim would appreciate help from any volunteers present at 1400, in case he does have to break down the bridge and move it to secure storage. This will only happen if any portion of the Saturday closing shift is not covered.

Duties require operating and securing Artemis equipment for each crew to setup and run missions. One person must remain with equipment at all times for security per the terms of our invitation to participate at Tucson Comic-Con. Opening shift must remain until closing shift is briefed and takes control of their shift. Ensure each shift is briefed on any important issues.
