MCHS Volunteer Proctors Needed for AP Testing May 2018 signup sheet

We are looking for volunteers who would like to assist us with proctoring 12 different AP Exams the weeks of May 7th through May 11th and May 14th through May 18, 2018. The testing is divided into AM and PM sessions. The volunteer proctors will assist the lead proctors. Most exams will be held at Mt. Carmel in the gym. You will be notified by email as the date draws closer. Please be aware that College Board regulations prohibit parents from proctoring and or being in the same room while their child is testing. Listed are the responsibilities of the volunteer proctors, but are not limited to: 1. Help with check in 2. Distribute testing. 3. Collect testing materials after each section 4. Supply pens, pencils, calculators (when appropriate) and extra paper (as necessary) 5. Walk around the room to ensure students are working on the correct exam section 6. Help count the number of students and materials after pick up 7. Help with take-down of tables and chairs at the end of testing.
