Thank you for exploring volunteer opportunities for Asian Counseling and Referral Services' 2017 Gala, A Culinary Journey. We so appreciate your support. Below, you can sign up for our open volunteer roles. A Culinary Journey is a chance to enjoy a delicious meal, and learn about the communities ACRS serves and their journeys through our programs.

A few notes:
Further information about your volunteer role will be sent as we get closer to the event.
Buffet dinner is provided to volunteers during the event (5 - 9 p.m). Snacks will also be provided.
Volunteers should wear business attire for any roles that take place during the event. We strongly recommend comfortable shoes.
Shift times are subject to slight change.
Most volunteer opportunities take place at The Westin Bellevue at 600 Bellevue Way NE, Bellevue, WA 98004 unless otherwise noted.

Supplies Pick-up - Help us pick up in-kind donations that we will use at our upcoming gala. This would be amazingly helpful and requires one's own transportation. We have businesses in Woodinville, Bellevue and around Seattle that are donating good to our gala and would love your support. E-mail Mary Ann Goto at maryanng@acrs.org if you are interested.

Ballroom Runners - Runner volunteers will be partnered with a recorder volunteer in the main ballroom. As soon as the Raise the Paddle level is recorded, the runner volunteer will bring the completed sheet to data entry at the registration table and then return back to the ballroom. At the end of the program, these volunteers will help pack up supplies (leftover centerpieces, paperwork, decoration supplies, etc.) and load them into designated vehicles.
