Carrollwood Players Theatre Needs YOU!

Sign up below to volunteer as “front of house” staff for an upcoming show and you get to see the show for FREE!

You can sign up for one of the following assignments:

Concessions: Sell snacks and drinks at our concession stand (must be 18+)

Programs/Tickets: Hand out programs, take tickets, and welcome patrons as they enter the theatre from the lobby. Help with Concessions at intermission.

Prepaid Check-In: Check in patrons who purchased their tickets online. Help with Concessions at intermission.

50/50 Raffle: Sell raffle tickets to raise funds for our scholarship and building funds.

All volunteers also assist anywhere else needed and must help with clean-up and taking out the trash following the performance.

Volunteers are expected to arrive one hour and fifteen minutes prior to curtain time:


Arrive at 5:45 pm for 7 pm shows
Arrive at 6:45 pm for 8 pm shows
Arrive at 1:45 pm for 3 pm shows
Arrive at 9:45 pm for 11 pm shows

We ask all volunteers to stay after the performance to assist with clean-up. This is very important and very much appreciated!

Please do not park directly in front of the theatre, so that we can keep the closest parking open for our patrons.
