The Girls Rule Foundation 5th Annual Shine Brightly Summit is on Saturday, Oct 28, 2017 & the VIP Reception is on Friday, Oct 27,2017. Thank you so much for volunteering your time to this great event! We are excited to work with everyone.
ALERT: READ FIRST!! When you signup below for a Saturday slot, if you need a Girls Rule t-shirt please add your t-shirt size after your LAST name [i.e Smith (Medium)]. If you already have a Girls Rule t-shirt, please type (N/A).
Volunteer Times are:
Friday October 27th for the reception, because Event Center, 3419 E University Dr Phoenix, AZ 85034
Friday October 27th at Infusionsoft Conference Center, 1260 S Spectrum Blvd, Chandler, AZ 85286
Saturday October 28th at Infusionsoft Conference Center, 1260 S Spectrum Blvd, Chandler, AZ 85286
The event is from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Infusionsoft Conference Center - We ask that you 'clean up' your area/role when you are done so that it is complete and we don't have to clean at the end of the day.
What to wear – Dark bottoms (jeans, pants, skirts). No shorts. If you have a Girls Rule t-shirt, please wear it. The venue can get a little chilly so a light sweater is always a good idea.
What to bring – water bottle and light snacks -a light breakfast and Lunch will be served. We eat on the run and when we can fit it in! We count on you to manage your lunch/food - please eat when you have down time. There will be floaters so if you need someone to cover you just ask.
Please make sure to mark your calendar for this event. We are counting on you to be there.
