Please dress for Success, warm clothes, Gloves if doing set-up, Extra Pens if scoreing. Lunch is normaly provided but is only based on number that sign-up. Any changes to event time will be communicated from the Chairman Rich Witlz from this sign-up sheet.

Dear Brother Knights & Parish Members,
Once again, we have been asked to host the Regional finals of the K of C Soccer Challenge. Our council has established a statewide reputation for hosting a great event and I am sure we will only add to that reputation with the 2018 version. As always, we count on you to make it happen through your volunteer efforts. Positions include Registration and Scoring Table, Judges, Scorers, Ball Catchers, Set-up, and Take-down. The event will be held on Saturday, October 27 th on Soccer Field #3 in Tomaso Park off Highway 47 and Ackman Rd.. Set-up will be from noon to 12:30pm. Competition is from 12:30 – 4:30pm with Take-down from 4:30 – 5:00pm. Please review the list and volunteer for the available positions.
