Save the Crew knows the importance of community engagement. Our community has helped us greatly during our work to Save the Crew, and we want to help our community in return.
We would like to have volunteers help serve dinner at the Van Buren shelter, which is a part of the YMCA of Central Ohio. We've arranged the opportunity on Sunday, December 9th. The volunteering will begin at either 4:30 PM (if you have more time) or 5:30 PM and be there until 8:00 PM.
Tasks will probably include some combination of some workspace cleaning, dishes, preparing food, serving food, and cleaning up afterwards... basically whatever we can do to be most helpful to the wonderful staff there.
