-- While the all-night party is held at the Heritage Center immediately following the graduation ceremony (which is held at the DECC auditorium), there are a variety of jobs we need
-- Parents of junior, sophomore, freshman students are essential to get the party up and running while the seniors and their parents/guardians are at commencement. This way you get to see what the event is like, so it’s crucial that we have both senior parent and junior parent volunteers.
-- Parents of Juniors, Sophomores or Freshmen typically volunteer for the 1st shift (~9 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.) and
-- Parents of Seniors volunteer for the 2nd shift (~11:15 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.) and clean up (~1:30-3:00am).
-- Please sign up for a slot, paying attention to the 'senior' parent category or if not noted as a category---then anyone can sign up to work it.
-- Please add your telephone where you can be reached near the time of volunteering, in the event someone needs to reach you the day of the event. You will receive a 'confirmation email' to the email address you've provided.
-- If you can't volunteer, please consider donating to "Duluth East ANGP" and send check to the doghouse in the office. (It takes over $20,000 to make this party happen.)
-- You can email the ANGP at Eastgradparty@gmail.com if you have questions or call/text Martha Han @ 218-340-0462 or email marthaellenhan@gmail.com
-- Detailed information is available at www.dulutheastgradparty.org and we'll send the 'duties' by email in the last week of May or first week of June. Check your email for updates. Here's to a great party for the students!
