Moderators assist with introducing each speaker, they ensure that the tracks stay on time, monitors the speaker time and provides time warnings if needed; also they make announcements, assist with speaker transitions, Q&A time, give out the speaker gifts, coordinates with IT regarding lighting, room temperatures, and posting of the CEU number at the end of the presentation.
Moderators will receive speaker bios prior to the conference and a moderator agenda. Kelly Eby will be in contact to provide you more information.

Silent Auction volunteers –April Rose will be in contact on how you can assist.

Swag & Speaker gifts – John G., Rebecca Johnson or Lara Schuman will be in contact on how you can assist with the assemblage of materials on Wednesday afternoon.

Book Store Volunteers- John Warner and Lisa Butler would welcome your help in the book store especially during the breakfast with exhibitors, and the Thursday evening reception. They will contact you to provide more details on how to assist.
