All Whitemud West teams are required to provide volunteers during Minor Hockey Week.

Below you will see the dates/times that your team is required to work as well as how many volunteers are required for each shift.

Please find your team number and only sign up for the date/time that your specific team is required to volunteer.

All volunteer shifts worked during Minor Hockey Week will count as two (2) volunteer commitments towards your mandatory volunteer commitment for the 2018-19 hockey season.

All teams are required to fill the volunteer spots assigned to them. Failure to do so will result in a $200 fine to the team from the Quikcard Minor Hockey Week committee.

All shifts must be filled no later than Tuesday January 8, 2019.

For everyone who signs up for the Rink Manager position, there will be a mandatory meeting at the Whitemud West office on Tuesday January 8 at 6pm to go over the responsibilities of this volunteer position. It will be brief but you MUST attend.

**IMPORTANT NOTE: NW322, NW342, NW343, NW344, NW349, NW353, NW354, NW360, NW361 will be helping out the NWZ at Coronation Arena and will be contacted by Brenda Davidson with their volunteer shift assignments.
