Santa Bus Donations signup sheet

On Tuesday, December 19, 2017, we will conduct our first-ever Gemma's Angels Santa Bus at Interfaith Shelter for Homeless Families in Harrisburg. The event is sponsored by Innovative Coaches and Lowee's Group Tours.

At 9:30 p.m. (after all the children have visions of sugar-plums dancing in their heads, of course) the parents of the children there will board the coach and choose toys for their children. Afterward, our volunteers will go into the shelter with the parents and provide free gift paper, supplies and assist the parents as needed with gift wrapping. From there, the toys will be hidden until Santa returns Christmas Eve!

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

- Toys for children ages infant to age 12 with a VALUE of $25. You do not need to spend that amount, just a toy of that value. (if you're busy, you can donate cash using our secure online form and our volunteers will do the shopping for you!).

- Target gift cards with a value of $20 each for teens, ages 13 to 18. Families have public transportation to Target. (Again, if you buy a gift card, you can postal mail it to us at Gemma's Angels, 15 East Main Street, No. 25, Hershey, PA 17033 or drop it off. if you're busy, you can donate cash using our secure online form and our volunteers will go to Target and buy the card for you!).

- Toys and/or cash donations are due by Thursday, December 14. Toys can be dropped off at 15 East Main Street, Apartment 25, Hershey, PA 17033. This building is in the Village of Union Deposit just 1/2 mile north of HersheyPark. For directions, call Mike at 717 686 7503. PLEASE try to keep to this deadline as we must do the shopping the weekend before AND run two other shelter parties are that same weekend.

- If buying a toy for the Santa Bus, DO NOT WRAP THE TOY. Simply mark "7 year old boy, Santa Bus" or whatever is appropriate.

- Copy and past the below link in your Internet browser to donate cash using your major credit card, bank debit card, PayPal (you do not have to have a PayPal account) or even a quick & easy draft from your bank account. You have the opportunity to help us out by paying our portion of the small fee we have to pay for processing the payment. The least expensive way is to use the bank draft as we are only charged .08%. We use Stripe.com for most of our payment processing which used the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
