South Grand Fall Festival Volunteer Duties

BARRICADE SET-UP
2 volunteers are needed from 8am-9am to set up barricades prior to the start of the event. Barricades need to be set up on Juniata, Wyoming, and Connecticut west of Grand and on Wyoming east of Grand. Two barricades block the Grand side of each street, and two just before the alley.
2 VOLUNTEERS TOTAL

BARRICADE TEAR-DOWN
2 volunteers are needed from 7:00pm-8:00pm to take down barricades from Juniata, Wyoming, and Connecticut and on Wyoming east of Grand. The barricades will need to be taken to a central location for pick up.
2 VOLUNTEERS TOTAL

VENDOR SETUP
2 volunteers are needed from 9AM-11AM per block to assist vendors set up on Juniata, Connecticut and Wyoming on the westside of South Grand and Wyoming and Humphrey on the eastside of South Grand. If all vendors are fully setup before 11AM your duty is complete.
10 VOLUNTEERS TOTAL

VENDOR TEAR DOWN
2 volunteers are needed from 6PM-7:30PM per block to assist vendors to tear down on Juniata, Connecticut and Wyoming on the westside of South Grand and Wyoming and Humphrey on the eastside of South Grand. If all vendors are fully setup before 7:30PM your duty is complete.

GAME AREAS
24 volunteers, 10AM-1PM shift of two volunteers to help with set up of game which consist of Jenga, Connect Four, Bing bag toss, etc. two more shifts to follow at 1PM-4PM of two volunteers and 4PM-6:30PM of two volunteers. The last shift helps with tear down of games. Locations of games are Juniata, Connecticut and Wyoming on the westside of Grand and on Rooster South Grand’s grass area.
