This event will require volunteers over the course of two days ( Early Setup- Aug 16th & Event Aug 17th). For Early Setup, we are asking volunteers to meet at Montrose Center to assist in transporting supplies to the venue. No dresscode for early setup. The day of the event all volunteers with meet at venue -The Ballroom at Bayou Place, 500 Texas St, Houston, Texas 77002. All volunteers should be on time and dress in business causal all BLACK.
