Typical Coffee Hour
• 3 pots each, regular and decaf
• 1 carton of juice
• 6 boxes of assorted donuts, cut into halves or quarters (or equivalent in baked goods), cheese & crackers, pastries, or
other homemade or store bought goodies.
• 2lbs fresh fruit

HINTS FOR COFFEE HOUR HOSTING
Preparing:
Before going to church, have one pot of each kind of coffee made, and one of each ready to go for after church.
All supplies are in the cabinet under the coffee maker. It should be locked, the key is on a hook in the cabinet above the triple sinks (next to the window and ice machine.) Extra supplies are in the ECW closet (current combination is 245).
If it is locked, the key to the refrigerator is on a hook on the right hand wall immediately upon entering the ECW closet.
Cleaning up:
(8 o’clock)
Consolidate any leftover food if leaving for the 10 o’clock coffee hour.
(10 o’clock)
• Clean up and put away or give away all food.
• No food should be left out in the kitchen.
• Wash and put away all dishes and utensils.
• Turn dishwasher off after draining all water out.
• Put all supplies away in the cabinet under the coffee makers and LOCK it. (The key is on a hook in the cabinet above the triple sinks, next to the window and ice machine.)
• Close the roll down window above counter and turn off lights and fans.
