Volunteer Opportunities at the Human Rights Campaign Foundation in partnership with the National Education Association and the American Counseling Association present Time To THRIVE, the 3rd annual national conference to promote safety, inclusion and well-being for LGBTQ youth...everywhere! Time to THRIVE will take place over Presidents' Day Weekend, February 12-14, 2016 at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center, just outside Dallas, TX.

Volunteer Roles include:
• Conference Preparation – Assist HRC staff with final preparation for conference, including but not limited to: stuffing gift bags, prepping session folders, stuffing name badges and setting up conference and plenary rooms.
• Workshop Facilitators – Provide support to workshop presenters including but not limited to: hand out presenter resources, assist attendees in finding seats and monitor room capacity, help presenters keep time, ensure attendees complete workshop evaluation forms following the session, assist with any other needs of the presenters.
• HRC Membership Booth – Talk to attendees about HRC Membership, including benefits, manage premiums based on level of membership donation.
• Registration – Assist with check-in of attendees, exhibitors, presenters and sponsors. Answer general questions for conference attendees and help with distribution of gift bags.
• Usher – Provide directions to conference attendees on session locations and times. Answer general questions on schedule, locations, etc. Assist with other conference duties as needed.
