ReStart Thrift Store Volunteer Interest Sign Up

ReStart Coweta is a new nonprofit providing wraparound case management and referral services to homeless individuals/families to help them become self sustainable. NEST is a program under ReStart offering emergency shelter when the temperature is 32 or below.

ReStart will be opening a thrift store this fall to be our main stream of income to support our programming/NEST, etc. It will be located at 28 Salbide Ave near downtown Newnan, just behind the Presbyterian Church/Coweta FORCE, around the corner from Line Creek Reserve. We will be operating with volunteers and will need volunteers for several positions including but not limited to: Pre-opening team assisting with store setup, donation intake, grand opening, etc. Once open: cashiers, department all stars, donation intake, donation sorters, floor workers, and more.

If you are interested in volunteering in any capacity for any amount of time, please sign up using this sheet so I'll have your contact information. I'm thinking store shifts will be around 4.5 hours, but even if you can only do 2hrs, etc. still sign up, we'd love to have you! Once I have a for sure move in date (it will be within the next month), I will contact you regarding a volunteer orientation.
