Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the 19th Annual QRU Fundraiser! We truly couldn’t put on this event without the support of our incredible volunteers.
📍 Event Location: Twin Falls County Fairgrounds Park, 215 Fair Ave, Filer ID 83328
(Volunteer Check-In will be at the raffle building — the center white building in front of the stage.)
📅 Volunteer Opportunities:
🛠 Set-Up Day: Saturday, May 30 - 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Set-up is flexible throughout the day. After signing up, please email us with the approximate time(s) you are available to help.
🍳 Breakfast & Registration Shift - Sunday, May 31 - 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Duties may include: Registration assistance, Selling merchandise, Serving/cooking breakfast, Breakfast clean-up, Trash detail, Other duties as assigned
🎉 Evening Event Shift - Sunday, May 31 - 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Duties may include: Monitoring the Kids Corner, Selling merchandise, Assisting with raffles, Data entry, Serving/cooking dinner, Monitoring the dunk tank, Event clean-up and trash detail, Other duties as assigned
🧹 Clean-Up Day - Monday, June 1 - 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Clean-up includes cleaning the grounds/buildings and loading trailers.
⏰ Important Volunteer Information:
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled shift.
All volunteer duties will be assigned on site.
The event day is long, and our goal is to have enough volunteers scheduled to rotate stations so everyone has time to eat, take breaks, and enjoy the event as well.
We try to maintain at least two volunteers at every station whenever possible.
Kris Moses, QRU Board Secretary, will be directing volunteers during the event.
☀️ Event Notes: This is primarily an outdoor event, so please dress comfortably and appropriately for the weather.
We recommend sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, comfortable shoes, and water bottles.
