The funds raised through our special events allow us to provide a home away from home for families with seriously ill children. DATE: Saturday, December 1st, 2018. LOCATION: Sam Houston Park, 1000 Bagby St. Houston, TX. INSTRUCTIONS: This form is for GROUP LEADERS looking to sign up their group for a role where they can volunteer together. On the chart, "People Needed" refers to groups of 10-30 people. Enter the group leader's contact information who will be attending that day with the group to sign up a group. Please reserve the spot only when you are certain at least the minimum amount of group members can attend.
