February 23, 2024 at The Mansion on Delaware, 414 Delaware Ave. Parking available across the street from Mansion. Volunteers are encouraged to stay for the evening.
Event Volunteers will have a variety of responsibilities including:
Greet people at entrance and take tickets (6:45 - 7:30), 2 people
Sell raffle and 50/50 tickets at table (7:00 - 9:00), 3 people
Sell raffle and 50/50 tickets walking around venue (8:00 - 9:00) 2 people
Staff Wine Raffle table, sell wine (7:00 - 9:30 or until wine is gone) 2 people
Draw basket raffle winners, distribute baskets to winners (9:00 - 10:00) 4-5 people
Help teardown (10:00)
