During this workshop, teachers will engage in a hands-on engineering challenge, working in teams to design, prototype, and test their projects. Challenges are designed to use basic making materials as well as digital fabrication machines (such as the laser cutter, vinyl cutter, or 3D printer), so that teams are introduced to the software and hardware capabilities of the Fab Lab. Teachers will reflect on the cycle of engineering and leave with Engineering Design Process resources to use in their classrooms. (limit 40).
