Event Set-Up (8am - 12pm)
Those assisting with event set up will decorate the venue, set up the silent auction, registration, equipment, and tables. Volunteers should be able to lift boxes and equipment, creative, and have a decorative eye.

Event Set-Up (3pm - 6pm)
Those assisting with event set up will decorate the venue, set up the silent auction, registration, equipment, and tables. Volunteers should be able to lift boxes and equipment, creative, and have a decorative eye.

Greeters/Spotters (7pm - 10pm)
Greeters are stationed near the entrance and along the route to guide attendees to the event site. Greeters should be extroverts with great people skills. Once the majority of guests have arrived, volunteers will become bid spotters.

Registration and Check Out (7pm - 10pm)
Greet and check patrons in, hand out event materials such as programs, bidder paddles, collect payments, pre-swipe credit cards for auction payment. Registration volunteers should be polite, welcoming and have computer skills.

Culinary Assistants (7pm - 10pm)
Assist Chefs with load in and assist Chefs at their tables. Direct Chefs to their table, assist Chefs with set up and ensure they have everything they need before and during the event.

Photographer Assistants (7pm - 10pm)
Volunteers will have a shot list and should work with photographer on capturing all of the patrons names that are being photographed for any media.

Pre Program Volunteers (7pm - 10pm)
Socialize with bidders and encourage patrons to check out items and place bids/participate in activities. Monitor items for security purposes. Volunteers should be extroverts, talkative, and like to socialize.

Event Break-Down (8pm - 11pm)
Those assisting with event break down will pack up everything left over, break down registration, equipment, chef tables and ballroom. Volunteers should be able to lift boxes and equipment, and excel working in a fast paced environment.
