Fall Book Fair Volunteers 2018 signup sheet

This signup sheet is not accepting new volunteers.
Please contact the event coordinator for further details.

Please sign up for as many one-hour timeslots as you can. We need 4 volunteers an hour (2 cashiers and 2 general assistance) between 8am-12pm for the students to shop. Those timeslots (marked with *) are our first priority. Optionally, we will be open for parents from 12-2pm only if we have volunteers. We also need extra volunteers for set up and clean up. Set up will be Friday 9/21 afternoon, and packing up unsold items to ship back to Scholastic will be on Thursday 9/27 afternoon. (Setup and break down times are tentative for now, pending Scholastic's confirmation of when our delivery and pickup windows are -- we will contact you if you signed up and the times change.)
