CHRISTMAS FAIR: FRIDAY 1ST DECEMBER
Please sign up for pre-fair set up, stalls during, or post-fair clear up. If insufficient slots are filled then some stalls may need to be cancelled.
Stalls that serve alcohol (refreshments and bottle tombola) CANNOT be manned by volunteers with accompanying children, so please check that you sign up to slots accordingly.
We will aim to publicise a full volunteer rota with specific stall allocations by no later than Friday 17th November.

CHRISTMAS PANTOMIME: SATURDAY 9TH DECEMBER
We need help to set up, sell refreshments, and clear up after two the pantomime performances. **Volunteers for the pantomime will have FREE ADMITTANCE to the performance for which they are volunteering, but children and other family members attending the show will still need to purchase tickets.**
