Santa Grotto - 7th December signup sheet

We are excited to be able to offer families the opportunity to sign their children up to meet Santa on Saturday 7th December, at our Winter Fair!

As in previous years, we have three volunteer shifts for "Santa" and "elves" in the library area, which we decorate the Friday before. (We already have many decorations for this). In the weeks leading up to the event, we have families pre-book for a slot with Santa on pta-events, and then on the day they write/colour Santa a letter, hear a story, eat a biscuit, and then go up for a quick chat/present with Father Christmas himself.

We will need help to:
- Make a flyer for the Grotto (we have a Canva subscription)
- Three people to be our "Santas," and read a story/greet the children/etc.
- Three "Lead Elves," to wear Elf costumes and check the list of children coming in
- Three "Assistant Elves," to wear Elf costumes and support the running of the Grotto (this could be an older child!)
- Wrap the presents we've purchased
- Decorate the Grotto the afternoon before
- Coordinate the list of children who've signed up for the Grotto
