IARI sponsors Thanksgiving Dinner 2016 at Federal Hill House Association... signup sheet

Dear Friends:

We would like our next generation to get involved in serving Indian and American communities alike through our “Care and Share – An IARI Initiative”.

With that in mind, we have sponsored a Thanksgiving Dinner at the Federal Hill House Association on Sunday, November 20, 2016. We need 10 volunteers to prepare and set-up "Thanksgiving Dinner" from 10 am to 2 pm, 10 volunteers serve "Thanksgiving Dinner" from 2 pm to 5 pm. We also need 10 volunteers to help clean up following dinner from 4 pm to 8 pm. So, please sign-up as soon as you can.

Also, we will help assemble Thanksgiving Baskets on Saturday, November 19, 2016 from 10 am to 2 pm.

When:
Saturday, November 19, 2016 from 10 am to 2 pm
Sunday, November 20, 2016 from 10 am to 2 pm, 2 pm to 5 pm and from 4 pm to 8 pm

Where:
Federal Hill House Association, 9 Courtland St, Providence, RI 02909

Who:
Volunteers MUST be 14 years and older
Children will be supervised by an adult from the group.
Team 1 of 15 volunteers to assemble Thanksgiving Baskets from 10 am to 2 pm
Team 2 of 10 volunteers to prepare and set-up "Thanksgiving Dinner" from 10 am to 2 pm.
Team 3 of 10 volunteers to serve "Thanksgiving Dinner" from 2 pm to 5 pm.
Team 4 of 10 volunteers to help clean up following dinner from 4 pm to 8 pm.

Requirements:
1: All volunteers must wear closed shoes.
2: Team 1 should gather at 9:30 am (11/19/16), Team 2 should gather at 9:30 am (11/20/16), Team 3 should gather at 1:30 pm (11/20/16) and Team 4 should gather at 3:30 pm (11/20/16) at the Federal Hill House Association.
3: Once you sign-up, must honor your commitment so that you do not deprive others from volunteering opportunity.
