LEADERS for each area: Stepping up to be a volunteer leader is incredibly valuable to your Wagonmasters, you will work directly with Wagonmasters and be responsible for volunteers in your area
KEEP IT TIDY crew will help with clean up and take trash to town during the whole rally so we leave our spot cleaner than we found it
REGISTRATION crew will help with check-in, welcome bags, name tags, t-shirts
PARKING crew will help when rigs arrive with showing those coming in where registration is, and showing the different areas to park: generator area, handicapped (special assistance) area, etc.
VENDOR Leader- will be assisting Wagonmasters with vendors (helping them set up tables, making sure they are at their seminar, etc.)
MEDICAL crew will be available for any medical emergencies during the rally
MORNING COFFEE/PASTRIES crew will help brew morning coffee and set out pastries in vendor area each morning
POTLUCK LEADER will organize the 4 potluck table lines-each line will have a side, main dish & dessert tables also help assist the Keep It Tidy crew with cleanup
POTLUCK Crew will help and assist each table line and assist the Keep It Tidy crew with cleanup
OPEN HOUSE Leader will help organize the open house of RV's for people to show off their renos, rv hacks, solar set ups
OPEN HOUSE Crew will help the leader and help participants find their way to those opening up their RV for show
CORNHOLE TOURNEY Leader will put together the brackets and help run the tourney
SALSA CONTEST Leader will run and organize the salsa contest
CHILI CONTEST Leader will run and organize the chili contest
SALSA AND CHILI Judges will have the tough job of judging the salsa and chili competitions (please sign up for one or the other to share judging)
BONFIRE Leader- Will be responsible to make sure conditions are good for a fire and responsible for completely extinguishing fire at end of night
GO GRAND Crew is limited to 25 people. We will be volunteering and work at the local food bank to distribute the canned food collected and clean their facilities.
CRAFT Leader- we will have some designated times for crafting so you have a chance to share your craft
HIKING Leader- will organize a hike with other hikers
MORNING YOGA/WORKOUT Leader will organize and host a morning session for rally attendees
SXS RIDE Leader - will organize a SXS ride with others
WOMENS GET TOGETHER HOST- will organize and lead a morning breakfast get-together for women
And finally- I'm available to help Wagonmasters as needed! If you don't know what you want to help with but you can be available at any time as needs come up.
