SCC Reunion Volunteer signup sheet

We are looking for volunteers to help out over the weekend!

SET UP AND CLEAN UP
If you are working with the set up and clean up crew, your responsibilities will be to arrive early or stay late and help the planning committee with decor, food preparation, and other tasks as needed. For both set up and clean up on Saturday, we would prefer parents and family members, NOT alumni who are singing in the concert, as this way the set-up can take place during the rehearsal on Saturday morning. This will also give our singers, who will already have had two days of rehearsing, more time to prepare and relax before the show.

SERVERS
Servers must be 19 or older, and will take a single 1/2 hour shift serving alcohol. Their responsibilities will include:
- Checking identification of patrons to ensure they are not minors
- Refusing service if a patron is showing signs of intoxication

TICKET SELLERS
Ticket sellers will take one shift during the evening to sell drink tickets to be used at the cash bar. Their responsibilities will include handling cash and making change for patrons.

RENTAL RETURNS
We are looking for someone with a car who can take our wine glasses back to Handyman Rental Centre after the Wine and Cheese.
