Watering South Ave. School Garden Volunteers Signup Sheet 2016
Address: 60 South Ave., Beacon. To water this garden first enter the garden and find the water key/knob located underneath a white bucket. Take it and walk the end of the hose all the way to the spigot which is on the front of the building, to the right of the main doors. Attach the hose and then use the knob, turning to the left, to turn the water on. Water areas marked with signs that show seeds have been planted there. And water any plants you see growing. Check boxes, in-ground beds, and perimeter beds. When you are done watering turn the water off. Wait a minute before trying to detach the hose because the pressure will be very strong.
