WSS P&C Colour Run Volunteers signup sheet
Come and help make our colour run a successful event - we are grateful for any time you can give. Volunteers handling colour or food distribution must attend the pre-event briefing at 1:30pm.

Set-Up: install signs and course equipment

Five colour stations: Two to three adults per station; controlled hand-throwing, stock management and exclusion-zone control

Obstacle/water stations: Supervise each element, manage flow and inspect for slips or movement.

Start/finish/class flow: Receive class waves, space participants and direct finishers into the recovery area.

Zooper Dooper finish station: Keep stock frozen, safely cut packet ends immediately before service, hand out one per participant, manage flow and collect wrappers.

Powder logistics/relief/runner: Resupply buckets, rotate volunteers and respond to station needs.

Clean-up: restore the oval and remove waste.
