First come first serve

Bantam AAA games usually start at 1800 until 2230 - Bantam AA run from 1030- 1800.

Gatekeeper’s Assistant

Please arrive at the Arena 60 minutes before the scheduled time which is the game time. Those whom work the evenings your shift will be over at the beginning of the second period of the last game.
You are our ambassadors to the tournament and the first people that the players, parents, grandparents and spectators meet. The players must have a pass to get in. They will receive these on the first day.
Smile and welcome them to the tournament
If they do not have a day or tournament pass the gatekeeper will sell them one. Programs are free, so please distribute them to those people who pay.
All persons purchasing a tournament pass receive a ticket to fill in their name and phone number for the prize draw.

50/50 Raffle Sales

You will be required to go into the stands to sell tickets
Make yourselves visible during the intermissions in the lobby to encourage more sales.
You are responsible for both arenas.
Please make yourself visible and encourage the spectators to buy tickets
All tournament profits help fund the Scholarship Program.
50/50 tickets are $2.00 each
This is a progressive 50/50, there will be a daily prize
Have the buyer of the tickets fill out their name and telephone number on the ticket and place the proper ticket in the drum.
Give the buyer of the ticket the other half of the ticket
The winner does not have to be present to win
Daily draws will be held after the second intermission of the last game of the day.
The draws will be held after the Championship Game on December 31

All Volunteers are to check in at Tournament Office upstairs in the arena.
Coffee, muffins and donuts are available to volunteers in office upstairs.

Penalty Box Staff

Please ready to go 15 minutes before game start time
Open gates and help timekeepers as required
Move the nets between periods and games be careful not to slip on ice.
Pick up pucks after warm ups (teams should bring or push pucks towards penalty box.

Timekeepers

Check all game sheets to be sure all information filled in correctly.
Be aware of tournament rules (mercy rule, 5 minute warm-up)
Report major penalties to Tournament Discipline Chairman
after the game.
Be sure Referees sign game sheet
Bring gamesheet to office after game to input on line
Report abuse of officials to Tournament Discipline Chairman
Please be ready to go 15 minutes before game start time.
Make sure to take warm up pucks to penalty box before first game of
the day and bring them back after the last game of the day.
Be sure to have frozen game pucks (fridge in kitchen)
You are responsible to take two hats and two Gatorade bottles to the
penalty box for Players of the Game. (see script)
Please write clearly and legibly
** Keep track of shots on net (this is needed for statistics) **
