We need a team of volunteers to help us plan and implement the cSpace Grand Opening events that AWCS will host. The Grand Opening will be September 29-October 1, 2017 and we are hoping to work with other tenants in the building to create something spectacular. Event planning experience would be beneficial but not mandatory. This will be a five month commitment starting in May and ending after the event on October 1, 2017. This will require a couple of meetings each month where the team gets together to first brainstorm and then put together some ideas and create strategies for making it all happen. Some ideas include but are not limited to: Poetry in the Park, Painted Stories, Free Fall Writing. We want creative ideas that showcase who AWCS is and what we are all about and allows the community as a whole to come and participate in some of our activities but to also showcase our members and their successes. We look forward to working with you on this exciting project.

If you're unable to assist with the planning committee, sign up to help out throughout the day. We will need all the help we can get.
