YAA Volunteer Notification Sign-up
This sign-up sheet is a general sign-up sheet. By signing this, will email you updates of any future events that the Young Ambitious Activists will host and the volunteer opportunities that will be available. Please choose a role you would like to fill. Choosing a role does not mean you are limited to that one role. This is to show us the number of people we potentially have to cover that role. Thank you for offering your time and effort in supporting the movement.
Water Stations: Individuals willing to not march but wait for the march to come to them so they can pass out water.
Mobile Medic: Medical volunteers that march with the crowd and attend to anyone that may need attending to.
Stationed Medics: In charged of maintaining designated medical stations (2 per station)
Voter Registrars: Individuals who are certified to register voters and who will be stationed at specific locations for the entirety of the protest.
Monitors/ Flyer Crew: Individuals willing to be muscle, eyes, and ears to help keep the event family friendly, notify coordinators of issues, and pass out informational pamphlets.
Sanitation Crew: In charge of reminding people to wear masks, and offer hand sanitizer
Chant Crew: In charge of evenly dispersing in the crowd to help keep the chants in sync.
Resource Transporters: In charge of helping transport materials and people to different locations before the event.
Canopy Lenders: Individuals willing to let our organization borrow their canopy to provide shade for different stations (Write initials and contact # on item)
Table Lenders: Individuals willing to let our organization borrow outdoor tables. (Write initials and contact # on item)
Cooler Lenders: individuals willing to let our organization borrow any coolers they may have. (Write initials and contact # on item)
Mobile Tear Down: We Need 3 people with trucks willing to follow behind the march to tear down and load up water stations.
Bicycles with waters: Individuals with bicycles that can carry ice and water to provide to protesters during the march.
General Volunteers: Individuals who want to help in any way they can at the events.
