The Re:Main Social - Volunteer Registration signup sheet

The Re:Main Social is a unique opportunity for the Rochester community to get together and reimagine, reengage, and revitalize East Main Street between Stone Street and Clinton Avenue (at Metropolitan Park). There are many activities planned so we will need as many volunteers as possible to pull this off! If you're interested in participating, please select the role(s) and time(s) that work best for you. Please be sure you don't "double book" for volunteer times. Thanks for your interest!!

Position descriptions are below:

CHALK ART VOLUNTEERS - Assist with the chalking of designated design within crosswalks near to the event site. Local artists will be on site to help facilitate.

RE:MAIN SET UP - Help set up the event including tables, game stations, performances, areas, and other pre-event needs.

WELCOME/INFO TABLES - Help man welcome and information tables for the event that include a sign-in, schedule, and Re:Main info.

PARTICIPANT FACILITATION - Receive and usher participating organizations, groups, and performers to their appropriate location and ensure the timing of events is maintained.

GAME & ACTIVITY STATIONS - Manage stations where planned games and activities (giant legos, giant chess, etc.) are available to ensure proper use of equipment and make sure they don't "disappear."

GENERAL VOLUNTEER - Float between performances, games, tables, and other activities as needed for the indicated time slot.

CLEAN UP CREW - Help to clean up the site from all activities and events, as well as decorations, barricades, trash, etc.

YUPs SET UP - Assist the Young Urban Preservationists (YUPs) with the set up of the Save the Block Party, bar, DJ booth, etc.

YUPs PROJECTION - Individual with tech skills related to high-powered projection equipment and presentations desired. Projections to occur 7:15PM to 9:30PM.
