1. Aim to be in the assigned room at least 5 minutes before the start.
2. Introduce yourself to the speaker(s) prior to the start of the session.
3. At the session start time:
3 a. Welcome to “SESSION TITLE” with speaker names.
3b. Housekeeping notes:
3b i. Presentation time plus Q&A time at the end.
3 b ii. Electronic surveys this year, so we invite you to scan the QR code and give feedback after the session is over.
4. At the mid-point of the session, please take a tally of how many attendees were in the room (do not count presenters) and write that number on the introduction sheet.
5. Give the presenter a five-minute warning when the presentation time is scheduled to end. Give the presenter a five-minute warning when the Q&A period is scheduled to end.
6. At end of session, thank the presenter(s) and attendees. Remind them about completing the survey. There will be basket on the program information table at the end of the hallway. Please return the sheet with the attendance tally to the basket.
