Be the warm welcome and go-to guide for fairgoers. This is an indoor, seated role; the booth can feel drafty, so plan to dress in layers. ⛅
What you’ll do
🛍️ Sell fair merchandise (t-shirts, beer cozies) and handle simple cash transactions
📝 Encourage visitors to complete the Fair Survey
🧭 Provide directions and general info about the grounds, schedule, and activities
Physical demands
🪑 Able to sit for extended periods
📦 Light handling of merchandise and cash
💬 Comfortable engaging with visitors and giving directions
What to wear/bring
🧣 Layered clothing; comfortable, closed-toe shoes
🖊️ Pen/notepad (optional)
