Science Night Volunteers signup sheet

Listed below are the science nights scheduled for 2025-26. Check back periodically, as new events will appear! Feel free to sign up for as many nights as you are able to attend. Volunteers bring their own demo/display materials to the event, but CTLO can loan materials if you don't have your own demo. Contact Kitty (kcahalan@caltech.edu) if you have questions or would like ideas. If you are signing up on behalf of a group, only sign up the name of the person who will serve as that group's point of contact with the Outreach Office, and include the group name in your signup information. (e.g. "Joe" for first name and "Rivera - physics club" for last name)

Kitty will reach out to volunteers 1-2 weeks before an upcoming event to find out if your activity requires power, water, shade, light, or projection, and to arrange rides to the event. The Outreach Office will provide meals for volunteers signed up for shifts between 11 am to 1 pm or 5 pm to 8 pm.

PLEASE NOTE: Once we have volunteers committed to an event, the sites make arrangements to accommodate our exhibits and advertise the event to their communities. We respect our volunteers' time and know that conflicts may arise, so we ask our volunteers to give as much advanced warning as possible if a cancellation is necessary so we can alert the event host to alter their setup and planning accordingly. Thank you!
