OHES Spring Scholastic Book Fair signup sheet
We are so excited to announce that the Spring Scholastic Book Fair is coming to The Wondry the week of May 4th–8th! This is one of the most anticipated events of the year, and we need your help to make it an unforgettable experience for our students.
Volunteers make the magic happen! Depending on your shift, you may be helping with:
Decorating & Set Up: Opening the cases and setting out the books for display.
Helping Shoppers: Assisting students as they browse during their STREAM special time.
Checkout: Ringing up those "must-have" stories.
Pack Up: Helping us clear out after a successful week.
Everyone is Welcome!
Please note that you are welcome to sign up for ANY class slot, regardless of which grade your child is in. Additionally, even if all formal volunteer slots are full, you are always invited to come by to assist or shop alongside the students. We would love to have you there!
Special Event:
Don’t forget to join us for Family Night on Monday, May 4th, from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM for after-hours shopping with your grown-up! Thank you for offering your time and talents to support our young readers!
