Abandoned News-Box Removal signup sheet

All around the UWS are metal and plastic boxes that were used for newspapers or flyers. Most are not being used and are covered in graffiti and/or are being used to hold drugs and/or are filled garbage. We MUST report all of them to 311 this weekend.
