Dress Code: Please wear nice event clothes, or a nice white shirt and black bottoms. You will be on your feet for a while, so make sure you have comfy shoes.
Other: We will not be providing any food during this time. We will be providing bottled water.
DAY OF EVENT:
1:30pm-5:00pm Band set-up
4:30PM Orientation. Ask for Teresa. We will be going over ground rules and questions for helping.
6PM- Guest will arrive.
6:45PM-Doors will open. Ushers will help guide guests.
7:15PM-Music starts. Once all our guests are situated, you are more than welcome to enjoy the concert
