THANK YOU for volunteering with us--this is a huge fundraiser for us that helps us with transportation, sheet music, equipment, and repair. We couldn't do this without you! The shifts are pretty easy; you just show cars where available parking is. Easy-peasy!
Here's what you need to know:
Friday, July 29, 2016 at the Washington County Fairgrounds (Hwy. 45 and Pleasant Valley)
Each volunteer gets a FREE pass to the fair good for any one day of their choosing!
FREE water and PowerAde is provided during your shift!
You can go into the fair (yep, for free!) during your breaks (Mmm... fair food! Yummy!)
Volunteers can be anybody--Band members, parents, neighbors, other family/friends, siblings... We just ask that volunteers are at least 14 years old (but talk to Ms. Duckert if you have a question).
Please be aware that the "Open" numbers in the spreadsheet tell you how many volunteers are still needed for that particular shift. :-)
