Hi everyone! The fun events and the great fundraising that we do at HVV is not possible without the help of our volunteers. If you're interested in volunteering on a school council committee or coordinating a special event at HVV for 2018-2019, please sign up below. Information on classroom volunteering opportunities will be distributed through the parent reps during the school year. Note that sign-ups for parent reps and voting members will take place in September. If you have any questions, please email hvvcouncil@gmail.com

Babysitting/Home Alone programs - Book instructors (Jan timeframe) and manage advertising in May e.g. posters/emails. Details on possible instructors and program requirements will be provided by parent council co-chairs.

Book Fair - Chair - Organise book fair (Feb) including liaising with Scholastics contact and organizing volunteers
