UHS Conference Dinner November 5th Baked Potato Bar signup sheet

We are providing a baked potato bar dinner for the UHS staff during conferences. We are asking for donations of toppings, sides, and desserts to complete the meal. You may take the food items to the office any time prior to 4 pm on Monday, November 5th. Please put your name on items you bring so that we know that the items have come in. We suggest you bring food in disposable containers, and if not, please label your container so we can get it back to you. You may pick up non-disposable containers in the family consumer science room, off the Commons, that evening around 7 pm, or we will leave it in the office for you to pick up the following day. If you have any questions, you may call Amy Dannenfeldt, at 710-6442.
