Emmaus Christian School Canberra Twilight Fete

Please note that all Emmaus Families are required to do a minimum of 2 hours compulsory PIP at the Twilight Fete for 2017.
Hello Year 1 parents,
Our class is responsible for the Cup Cake Decorating stall.
This involves;
* cooking approximately 6 dozen large cupcakes
* preparing enough icing of assorted colours to ice the cakes
* purchasing enough lollies, 100's and 1000's, sprinkles etc to decorate the cakes, purchasing small paper/plastic plates for cakes to be decorated and served on, purchasing plastic bowls for the lollies, sprinkles etc to be held in for customers to access.
* creating signs that detail prices and ingredients etc
* providing table clothes, tables, an eski to keep everything cool, portable shade pergolas and decorations to make the stall look appealing
* setting up the stall (erecting the shade pergola, setting up and decorating tables, putting up signs, ensuring everything looks lovely!)
* manning the stall for 1 hour slots (2 people at a time)
* packing up tables, shade pergola and food stuffs, cleaning up rubbish and tidying our area.
