BBQ
A message from Kristen Sanders, Year 8 parent..
Dear Parents of Year 8,
The time has come to round up support for the very popular BBQ at the Fair this
year…
Feedback from last year suggests that the experience was enjoyable and we hope
to continue with this positive energy! We are looking for some key people to
supervise the operation, through commitment to 2 hour shifts. Ideally, you will
have worked the BBQ last year, have an appreciation of the hectic nature of the
stall, be able to supervise ‘newbies’ and have a heck of a lot of fun while doing so!!
‘Supervisor’ roles entail overseeing the shift changes for those in an hourly role
and taking the pressure off Geoff and Sue Cox (bbq co-ordinators).
In addition, on an hourly basis, we require 6 people at peak times to make the
stall run smoothly.

This stall is a fantastic opportunity for ‘dad mates’ to team up on the BBQ and for
all to get together for some action packed stall shenanigans!!

We also are asking for donations, specifically of water and soft drink cans… if you
could have these delivered to Main Admin before Friday 19th, that would be
super!
