A Big Thanks to the McClay Family for Hosting! They live at 17585 Ft. Loramie Swanders Road, Sidney. They are hosting the Freshman party afterwards.
We are having a catered meal with Lasagna, Salad, Chicken Fingers, and Potatoes. Included in the meal cost will be this food, plus set ups, ice, and Lemonade. PLEASE join us, all parents are welcome.
Students will RSVP online and will pay when they arrive. We found this to be easiest. If you sign up for an item that you would like reimbursement for, please contact Laura Poeppelman with the amount asap.
**IMPORTANT: Please either pick your item up after the meal, or use a throw away container. That way McClays do not have to worry about returning anything. If you want to take any leftovers home, please bring a container.**

Information will go home to your student either Friday, Sept. 8th or Monday Sept. 11th with more information and how to RSVP online. The History teacher, Mr. Needles, has agreed to pass them out for us. If you want a copy or if for whatever reason your child does not have History this year, you should contact me directly to get a copy, the school office does NOT have a copy. Please be sure your student provides their RSVP online and not duplicate RSVPs (for example, if they and their date RSVPs), we are using an online system for RSVPs and will use those totals for planning the food.
If anyone is interested in hosting next year (Junior year) please contact Laura Poeppelman, I can pass along any planning information that we've gathered the past two years that you might find helpful. Also, if you know someone who wants to help out but did not get a text, please provide them with the URL to this sign up sheet and pass their information along to me so we can include them next year. The school does not distribute contact information for students, so I only had my phone contacts to rely on.
